Most forecasters are still on the fence about the Thursday night-Friday snow event. Here is the rundown of the local NY broadcasters forecasts as of 7am
NBC: calling for snow starting Thursday night ending as a rain snow event on the coast and snow North & West
ABC: rain/snow mix, snow far north & west
CBS: major storm, western track with snow to sleet to rain in most areas, then changing back to snow
The National Weather Service has a 50% chance of snow on Thursday night and 40% chance for Friday (based on the time horizon). No mix in their forecast right now.
