Greater Clarity

Well now that we are about 48 hours away from the start of the event, forecasters are getting a little more confidence that most of the NY metro will get a good 6-12" dumping with the highest probability for at least this much in a bulls-eye that is centered on Rockland, Westchester and Bergen counties. Further south and east depending on which model you believe there may be some significant rain and sleet that keeps accumulations down. The Euro and NAM are most bullish for northern track and GFS continues to show a more southerly storm track that would bring some big numbers to NYC and points south and east. I would bet on the EURO and put most of the big numbers N&W. Stay tuned...
